  • Does anyone know how long the Tech training is for becoming an aerospace medical technician?

Posted by admin on November 27th, 2009 and filed under aerospace | 2 Comments »

I’m thinking about joining the air force reserve to be a part of the aerospace medical service. I’m just trying to get a little more information on the subject. Oh and if anyone knows, what kind of training they actually go through and what kind of certifications they get. Thanks.

The average – minimum time in a Technical program would be around
two years,..Then,..you’ll probably require becoming an Intern,..If you
can get hired for one year or so On-the-job training the Internship
will have gotten nullified within the OJT.

If you prove your worth you may just get hired full time in the OJT,..
Or, at the Position at which you did the Intern,..

Else,..With the 3 years you put into the studies – you still may need
      a job,… Where,.the term probationary,..Yep,.?! On temp,.status,..

Sooo,..try to get into a program that will assist you in finding an OJT or an Internship,..They be similar,..but different,..OJT means you’re
      hired already,..You get my drift,.?!?

PS: No doubt, upon completion you would receive a bonified Dip-
      loma, Cert. of Completion, etc.
