This is the maiden flight of the 2nd Proof of Concept UAV (aka POC2) built by the Vanderbilt Aerospace Club during the 2008-2009 academic year. The aircraft has a 4′-wingspan, retractable landing gear, and is designed with a folding propeller, rotating wing, and folding V-tails in order to fit inside the team’s 16′-tall rocket.
